Founded by Ryan He and David Wilson in 2002, the business developed within an Hg Capital subsidiary, became the independent Astroflux Capital division in 2015, and was incorporated in the United States in 2026.
Today, our 658 professionals combine sector insight, disciplined underwriting and active ownership across North America, Europe and Asia.
